Next steps for Takapuna

Design work on the town square continues to shape up, and we’ll focus on the detailed design in 2020. We’re also seeking interest from potential development partners for parts of the Takapuna Central site.

Down the road at 14 Huron Street, construction will continue in 2020 on the new 420-space car park building on the Gasometer site. Once opened, this five-storey building with modern facilities such as electric car charging stations will replace the parking spaces at 40 Anzac Street.
